we have an axle lathe cnc machine with two tool carriage controlled by sinumeric 840 dsl. the tool turret is by sauter. left carriage is working fine but is not working good. when we index the right tool carriage after first or second indexing the carriage getting blocked by alarm 9 and also not getting locked. another behavior if we try MDA first positioning ll be fine second positioning will go wrong. may be we are positioning 2 it ll position 3.
tool turret type: 0.5.480.525
can anybody help?
