New Wright CNC table running mach3 issue

Just finished assembling my 4x8 table , running refurb dell Winxp with Mach3. Assembled to spec, motors slide up and down when powered off easily, no binding etc. However all motors make god awful racket , jerky , like theyre fighting themselves when being moved around in Mach3. Any ideas? Ive searched, changed a few settings from what Ive found online. https://youtu.be/XrbyXTfMFhs

It sounds like you need to do some motor tuning. Go to Config/motor tuning, choose an axis, and press the up/down arrow keys to move the motor. Change the acceleration and velocity settings until the motor seems to move fast and smooth, sounding zippy rather than agonized. Then derate your settings by 25% or so to give yourself a margin of safety and remember to "save axis settings" before moving onto the next. The curve should look like a mesa, rather than a volcano.

Did you get ahold of tech support? Or did you figure it out?
