cheap 3 Axis CNC steel frame 48 x 48 inches Gecko drive ACME

    - 2x2 tubing frame
    - HRB20 slides from eBay (X)
    - Precision shaft 1" on (Y) with custom bearing block that is already being made for free
    - Precision shaft 1" on (Z) with linear Thompson bearings
    - Gecko G540 4 axis drive with ACME rods 5 start 1/2" diameter

    Plan
Machine the gantry side pads so that the tubing and gantry and table are square once bolted together. I have full free access to a CNC shop and will be machining a lot of parts.

There is so much detail I can just put a picture up today and have to work out more later.
