Drilling holes on a cyinder face with rotary axis

What would be the best way to drill holes on the circular face of a cylinder. The holes are pretty random and don't have any specific pattern as such.
The mill that I have is an el cheapo 5axis chinese mill that I bought on aliexpress.
The cylinder will be oriented parallel to the bed and rotate around the A axis.

My question is how do I go about doing the G code, do I have to handcode it? Or is there an automated way to go about it. (I guesss they call it CAM)
I have Mach3 driving the mill.

If it's only a few holes on a true cylinder handcoding would be fast and not difficult.
If it's many holes with no distinct pattern CAM may be worth the bother.
Anyone who says "It only goes together one way" has no imagination.
