I have a Chinese 2.2kw water cooled 400Hz 220V 10A spindle and VFD manufactured by Larsen And Turbo Model LTVF-C10011BAA, can someone help me here in setting the vfd? The spindle will be used for my cnc router

Now that is a different VFD Drive, the basic settings are not to hard to do, if you can understand how to set each Parameter from the KeyPad, as long as you get all the main Parameters set for your spindle, you should not have any problems there may be other Parameters to set once you get it going

Accel 1101=8 ( Accel Adjustable )
Decel 1102=8 ( Decel Adjustable )

F21 1215=400
F22 1216=400
F23 1217=10
F25 1219=400
F26 121A=100

F51 1233=120
F54 1236=120
F57 1239=120
F58 123A=20
F67 1243= ?? ( Your Voltage supply 220v/230/240 Can Stay at Default 220 if Unsure )

H23 1317=100
H30 131E=2.2 ( Kw )
H31 131F=2 ( Poles )
H33 1321=10 ( Amps )

H41 1329=1 ( After you have set all Other Parameters You Can Do Auto Tune=1 )
H47 132F=120

By the way I did set the following parameter last Saturday but when i set frequency 120hz and press Run the spindle start to rotate(forward) but when it reached a frequency of around 12Hz the drive trip and display an alarm I0L (inverter overload)
My parameter are
ACC=12
DCC=12
drv=0
Frq=0
F21=400
F22=400
F25=400
F26=120

The rest are set to default

My spindle winding resistance are as follows
1-2=1.6 Ohm
1-3=1.6 Ohm
2-3=1.6 Ohm
4 shorted to spindle body
4 and the other terminals are open circuited.

I think the drive trip because of my settings. Anyway I'll use your suggested parameters on this weekend

You have to fix Pin 4 Ground in the Spindle most are not connected and need to be, this did not cause your problem though just something that needs to be corrected

There could be other Parameters to set but do what I posted first and 120Hz is ok for your minimum speed I have that at 100Hz in what I posted
