    II need the help of an expert for advance controls, spindle speed and increments

    I would like to know if there is any universal software or table where the correct parameters are indicated for each milling cutting tool according to the type of machining material.

    Cutters are not universal. So, neither are feeds and speeds. I recommend that you go with a manufacturer that posts starting ranges for each cutter. Stay away from Walter. They are awful. Chances are, your guesses will be better than their rep's.
    Iscar does a fairly good job for insert mills. Imco does an excellent job for solid carbides.
