    High speed switching diode

    Can anyone help identify this component or guide me into finding a replacement. It’s from a power supply and think it’s a high speed switching diode. Any info would be great

    Hi Jim

    Thanks for the reply. I will measure it tomorrow and see if the size is the same. I should have said it’s from a Fanuc A14L 0102 0002 which is a small power supply inside a C series servo drive. I can’t find any reference to it anywhere. The power supplies are available but I wanted to try replacing the power components first.
