hi firends, we have taksan tmc700 that has fanuc om control unit. we connected from machine to computer. we may send and receive from computer to machine in edit button (i/o read and punch). our problem, how do we run on long program from computer. machine has not dnc, tape and drip feed button. a frend has another similar machine. he said that follow inc jog->auto->cycle start. we tried but not. machine has cycle start and output start.

is there another solution our problem.

M51 turn on DNC.
M50 turn off DNC.

This works on my YCM machine but may not work on yours. Not sure if it's Fanuc derived or MTB.

You also need DNC software. I use dnc4u.

Thanks, I try. I have dnc program that name is Cimco.

check which signal turns on G127.5 coil in ladder
G127.5 means DNC mode for Fanuc

Hi friend. I solved my problem. Solve: select MDI mode after parametre button press and pwe 1 input. Diagnos button press (under monitor) after find F296 parameter change to 00000100. This turn on dnc (tape mode). Moreover it change 00000000 turn of dnc (memory mod). Thanks
