Hello All,

Purchased a 60w laser and finding out laser will not fire from pulse button on control panel or when file is loaded. Head will move as if cutting image but laser will not fire. Laser will fire when “test” button pushed on laser power supply. Suggestions?

The connection between your controller and PSU is faulty. Check the laser connection coming out of your controller.
