Water cooled or air cooled spindle spec's needed for Parameters you need
R and T are you input power connections R being Hot / Live
For and DCM I don't see a relay on the Breakout Board for FWD and Ground check this with a meter to see if it switches On/Off, if it does not have a Relay then you will have to add a Relay between FWD and Ground
Vi and ACM Check to see if you have 0-10v output from AV and Ground on the Breakout Board

my breakboard has no relay to disconnect the current ... for fwd and ground ... how many feet is the relay added bro?
VI and dcm there is a volt when the spindle is turned on mach3 ..
same thing I need the parameter settings in the Huanyang type vfd that I attach later

The Relay something like the photo is all that is needed, it's working just as a switch no voltage on the output Relay to VFD switching the Relay also has to work with you Breakout Board output Voltage
Water cooled does not say what the spec's of the spindle are need this information to give you the Parameters

This is what you need to check that the Spindle Pin 4 Ground is connected, some are not connected in side and this needs to be corrected

If the FWD function is a concern there apparently is no relay reqd.
Just as there is not on many controllers such as Gecki G540.

Do you actually know the output configuration??
With two wire output there should be no problem, even a relay requires an external (sourcing) voltage of some kind, I would suspect a typical open collector arrangement of some kind, also it appears the poster of the original pdf has used it in this manner.

Sure it does only on one side of the relay to switch it ON/OFF but the VFD Drive won't like it if you switch For and DCM with a Voltage that is why it needs a relay if there is any voltage out of the Breakout Board, it would be nice if they where as you say but I have not seen a Breakout Board that works that way

I don't think there is anything in the manuals for this connection, just done lot's of them and that's the way they work, there may be other ways to make them work, like you suggest, but I have never bother to try them any other way, some have fried the FOR input when using a voltage output from the Breakout Board
The normal connection FOR and DCM, is just a passive switch, you can jumper FOR and DCM will do the same for a test

It is usually quite simple to find out the nature of any input and output for interfacing, I would rather do that and do it simply than tacking on a big 30amp relay as some advisers have been posting.
It just needs a little technical knowledge that may be required in some case to do a little 'reverse engineering'.
There are links and PDF's on the nature of sink and source inputs and most VFD's show the nature of the PLC inputs.
There is nothing anywhere that states a passive switch is a Must for any interface.

Yes you have posted that before, but does not help in this case as this model VFD does not have the ability to change how the inputs are used
I don't believe anyone would be using a 30a relay unless that is all they had, The most common Breakout Boards that are being used already have a Relay built in just for this use
Most VFD Drives can use sink or source for these input but this VFD Drive is cheap there GT model you can do this

I don't see what you attached, it is very simple the connection to the VFD is FOR and DCM on the Relay this would be on the output side of the relay N/0 and the common terminal so the common would connect to DCM and the For to the N/0 connection, a photo of your relay would help the output from the Breakout Board would be connected the same way for the input to the Relay that may have +/- to connect to

So in this unit, does the relay coil require a separate source or is it sourced from the output itself as you previously implied?
