    Question IC Intel D8251A

    Dear all,

    I have a punch press machine Centrum 3000Q.
    And on the master PCB, i lost a "Intel D8251" IC (as picture below)
    In Viet Nam, so hard to find this IC.
    So can i replace this IC by other IC?

    I know only russian one KR580VV51A - it's the fully same except package (pin pitch is 2,5 mm instead of 2,54 mm), but I inserted this one into socket

    the D8251A is in a ceramic package
    try searching for P8251A which is in a plastic package

    note - other manufactures like NEC also make the D8251


    I don't know how easy it is for you to obtain them via ebay but searching via

    there is a number of results found
