Hi,
what are some good tool holders to get for pm25mv? should i use collets to hold endmills or get endmill holders?

Assuming you are talking about R8 holders, I personally prefer end mill holders rather than collets.

Someone will come along and say that you have to get Tormach TTS style holders, and there is a bit of benefit with tool changing, but I haven't had any problems using the good old R8 end mill holders.

I have both direct collets and ER32 holders.
Prefer the holders for ease of use but it's easier to get near 0 run-out with the direct ones.
So both have their benefits.

For good results get your holders from a proper tooling/engineer retailer. Don't go cheap Chinese on the holders/collet sets.

I use a wide variety of set screw and ER holders. I've had very good luck with cheap set screw type holders most of them having very little runout, though a few have been questionable. With ER holders cheaper can definitely get you in trouble, but I like ER25 and ER32. I have one of each. They add a lot of flexibility to your tool holdiing library. I think I have 30 or so set screw type and two ER25 chucks and two ER32 chucks but only one set of collets for each.
