    Aspan 6.2 and Tria 4000

I have a tech 100 CNC Router using a Tria controller. After a complete reload of the plc files and messages, I seem to be generating errors (different ones) as well as cuts and dado's in the wrong locations on some of the programs Im running. There doesnt seem to be any consistency in the problems. Some programs run great, and some dont run at all. A few run cutting my parts to the wrong size or place.

This is a pod and rail machine in a woodworking shop. The controller crashed on me a while back and I had it repaired. The software didnt change, I did have to reload the plc files afterwards to get the machine to run though.

Any advice at this point is welcomed.
