Plus Minus Three Industrial Co. Ltd

Plus Minus Three Industrial Co. Ltd.......... STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

...they cut corners, make excuses, drag out the production time frame and do not make the parts per drawings, notes or through email correspondence
IF they were the last machining place on earth you would get better results from a knife carver or clay sculptor..what a hack job they did!

    Ditto.

I ordered from him as a bit of a risk because of his low price, but I specifically checked he could achieve certain dimensions and tolerances and he specifically said he could.

Parts arrived yesterday, 3 weeks late. Every single one of the 10 parts had at least one dimension outside of tolerance, some by up to 5mm on a part that can be held in your hand.

A few parts had clearly been dropped and had large dents over 1mm deep.

Luckily I paid via paypal so will be claiming the money back.

The problem with PayPal is, since it is a custom part PayPal has no buyer protection what so ever and after they had me file complaint with internet commerce as well as local authorities I'm out over $5k for their Chinese Junk...a monkey could do a better job!

Yeah I unfortunately found that out today, I had no idea.

I'm out £600, lucky it wasn't more. Still a significant chunk of money when you're trying to get a business off the ground though. Shame.
