    Denford nova mill success (ish)

So I've recently been doing a mach3 conversion on my novamill. And finally got 3 axis motion. The spindle is hard wired to a switch at at reasonable rpm. Not my ideal setup but I can finally cut stuff. Posting because I'm excited. If anyone has a experience getting the spindle working correctly any shared knowledge would be greatly appreciated.
