Hello, I would like to ask if anybody know a good way of cutting 1/4 inch copper sheet an 1/8 inch polycarbonate. I need to make a parts from it, what would be the cheapest way?

Sorry, I probably write that poorly I need to do holes in them for bolts and I would need it as automated as possible.

Copper is a little bit tough and gummy. You won't be able to cut it like wood, but taking small bites with sharp tools will be fine. Coolant is helpful, a spray mist system would be fine. The good news is that the router frame shown is coolant friendly.

I've cut copper on a CNC plasma with no issues (but without the plastic backing of course). Also have use a hand router and a mill. Cuts pretty much like aluminum from my experience and no real issues. About any hand tools or power tools like a sabre saw with a metal cutting blade will work fine. If you have a scroll saw, that will also work with the right blade. Which will work best for your project depends on the size and shape of the parts you are cutting.

Copper can be very bendy on flat surfaces. Also taped holes are usually undersise and so oversize taps or re-taping by hand is usually the thing to do. It is not like aluminum much IMO.
