    Kollmorgen BDS4 Drive issue

My Arrow 500 has yet another problem. The machine has been in hibernation for the last 2 years. I had no issues with any of the drives when it was powered up then.

I just went through changing the CMOS batteries and had Maver1k reflash the RT board. Everything is now up and running except my Y axis drive.

Prior to having my batteries replaced I couldn't do much. One thing I did notice though was that every time I powered up the machine the 'control volts' and 'undervolts' LED was lit on the X and Z axis which is normal. The Y axis only had the 'control volts' lit. After the software loads and I push the power button again, all the drives have green LEDs indicating all is good. I can jog Z and X but Y does not move the table. When I proceed to the align process, the machine errors out at the Y movement. I then get the 44-44, and 44-45 alarm.

I swapped the X and Y drives and the problem followed along with the drive. Any thoughts out there?? Thanks
