    What machine should I buy?

Hello, mainly we need to cut copper pieces 6x1,5x0,1 cm (2 1/3 x 3/5 x 0,04 in) with holes for M6 bolt and round edges (I will attach rough sketch). Second thing that we need is 2x2x0,8 cm (0,79 x 0,79 x 0,
31 in) holes with round edges in Polypropylene. Lastly we would need to drill holes for M6 bolt in 4mm (0,16 in)polycarbonate. We are looking for machine that could do such thing and doesnt cost thousand of dollars. Can we buy something for around 1000
    $?

$1000 is a pretty tight budget for a new CNC machine that can handle metal. Given that you're only looking to cut sheet metal and plastic, you might be able to get away with a fairly basic router. Drilling ~6mm holes, even in plastic may be difficult with a small high-speed spindle though. If you don't mind interpolating the holes with an end mill, it should be fine.
