    driver test pulse to fast

Mach 3 I have installed on win7 32bit. Before 14 days the problem arose, With the axis began to lose the steps. I checked the mechanical circuit cnc, replaced the leading bushings. Mechanical damage does not appear. Because I did not fix the errors, I examined the wires. I changed all the wires from the FB25 to the controller and I changed some two-way terminals to the cord connector, but the error did not disappear. I tested the driver test. The test most often showed the pulse is too fast and sometimes the pulse is too slow. Could he blame the computer for dropping the steps?

Yes, that driver test is not suitable. The graph should show a flat, straight line, with little or no spikes, and you should have a steady pulse rate.

Would using the UC100 USB motion controller solve this problem?

Today I tested the UC100 USB motion controller connection.
I made four tests, the error does not appear anymore, and the engines do not rush. He works fine for once.
