SF Series machine depth not correct after replacing Stepper card

As the title reads, I replaced the stepper drive card on my SF Series machine, and now it will cut all the way through the 1/4" tabletop. Usually I have it cut about .030/.040" deep. How would I go about fixing this to get the correct depth back?

Sounds like your step settings may be off. Does the driver(s) have stepping DIP switches on it? If the driver is identical to the one removed the DIP switches must match. Most stepper drivers have adjustable stepping. Full step, half step, 1/4 step, etc. Note: the Z stepper card more than likely will use a different step setting than your X and Y axis step drivers, as it is screw driven.
