    V Carve not routing correctly

I've got another air dried slab I'm routing. I'm not sure what caused this issue. I know the board has a slight bow to it bit I clamped it down using my t-slot clamps but apparently the bottom line was still a touch bowed but the larger N & S makes no sense to me the sides routed fine but on the top & bottoms of the letters you can still see the steps from the roughing flat bottom toolpath.

Please let me know what caused this issue. I was using a 1" 90° v-bit

    Thanks
    Gary

Looks like you bit is a different angle than what you specified in V Carve.

It's possible it is a degree or so off, I've never tested it but it looks to be 90° to me.

Double check that you selected a 90° tool in V Carve.

Not sure how that got screwed up but its calling for 90° but the tool spec is 60° but I woul think the steps would be routed out if the board wasnt bowed
