    Off Center Taper on 99 L20

    I am new to swiss programming and don't even know where to start. I have a request for a tool with an offset taper including a .010" radius at its termination. I am not sure if this old of a machine is capable of a single cut op for a part like this but any help getting pointed in the right direction would be amazing.
