    CHNC1 Turret Encoder wiring?

FIXED IT!!!!! I pulled the cover off to check some voltages and one of the wires was unplugged. 6 wires come from the encoder. TB9-4,5,6,7,8 are all still hooked up. 5 out of the 6 wires are accounted for and I don't know where the black wire goes, Any and all help is appreciated I found an image from a different post but my wires don't match his pinout so I haven't tried it. What I do know is 5red,6oj,7yellow,8green are signal wires 4brownPos. and TB11-9blackNeg.

    TB11-9 black Neg
    TB9-4 brown Pos
    TB9-5 red Signal
    TB9-6 oj Signal
    TB9-7 yellow Signal
    TB9-8 green Signal

    Hope this helps!

P.S.: rereading it I guess it may not. Don't have time to pull covers right now, maybe later.

No need to pull your cover. Thanks for the quick response. I got it squared away. The machine is working great again.

Hi Machineit, do you have more of the diagrams for the CHNC2? Does it go more in depth inside the encoder itself by chance?
