Vista CNC Pendants - New Mach4 plugins

Not sure id anyone has noticed, but Vista CNC finally has new Mach4 plugins for their pendants. They are all version 2.8 and reflect and update date of March 3, 2019.

I haven't tried any of them, because I was holding off buying one of their pendants until they got the plugins working correcty for pendants with screens

If anyone upgrades, it would be great if you could share how well it works.

I did the upgrade on mine a couple days ago. Note, mine is not a screen model. You need to do the Firmware update also or it won't work, and that is a trial and error thing until you get the Jog wheel in the correct notch. You will see.
Then its drag and drop the plug ins to the Mach4 plug in folder. Yes it works.... how well long term I don't know right now.

It was about time for the upgrade, Mach4 has been out how long??

If you are having issues with the updater and the jog wheel position you might consider trying a powered USB hub. It seems odd, but it solved all the issues I had with setting up and updating my Vista Pendent. Keep in mind I don't use Mach 4, I've only just experienced the trial and error issues described with both Mach 3 and UCCNC setup/update process. The powered USB hub made it much easier, it also solved disconnection issues caused by restarts. I went from "I am probably doing something wrong but feeling disgruntled" to "hey that was really easy" after getting a powered hub. I have the P4-S, 10 out 10 now.

Mach4 has been out how long??
I purchased my license in August of 2014. The software was completely unusable at that time (and for some time afterwards), so I switched to UCCNC.
