Is there a better way to get in touch with Tormach support via email than the website contact page? I wrote to Tormach via that over a week ago about my suspect RapidTurn spindle sensor and haven't heard back yet. I wrote a second time a few days after the first.

gets an immediate auto-reply, and at least in my experience a real response within a day or less. Put the topic in the subject line.
I did get a reply on my 3rd or 4th attempt. It took over a week from the first time I wrote. But at least there was a reply and saved my an early morning call.
