How to make the RoadRunner Larger?

Right now my spindle is a sharpie
When I draw the roadrunner, its tiny, maybe 1.5 inches
Can someone point me to where I'd start to enlarge the RR to say 12" X 12"
    Thanks all

Roadrunner is about 8x8 inches in its stock condition. It sounds like you need to set the machine calibration.

Otherwise, on the right side of each axis DRO, you can set a scale factor. Just remember to set it back

Thanks, both answers helped a bunch. Calibration. . . duh, don't know how I missed that.
Actually I do, my learning curve has looked a lot like a ping-pong ball in a blender.
The scale thing I'll get into after I get my machine properly calibrated.
Again, really appreciate all who took the time to help a newb
