Highly likely to have issues with the power supply or the I/O module that understands the signals.

Power supply seems fine . Checked the fuses also.

I don't know how to say this so that it sounds "polite"...

If you are moving axes before checking every little thing after water shorts out (potentially) everything. You should not be trying to do this repair.

This is not something that will be solved over a forum discussion or even a phone call.

By trying to make the unit work before you make its components even understand how they function, you stand a high chance of continuing to damage the machine.

I wish you luck, but my recommendation is contact a Skilled CNC Repair Technician.

To give you an Idea of why:
    1) the machine received severe shorts
    >>a) they were not fully check for the extent of damage done
    2) the machine was attempted to be moved and gave an unexpected result
    >>a) you make no reference as to what the potentially shorted I/O thought that the machine override thought the speed setting was.

    Again, I wish you luck.

I don't often back down from assisting, but in this case I must.
