    draw arcs tangent

    I can't seem to figure out how to do this,.
    I want to make or draw this circle 0.125 radius, tangent to the vertical line and the arc pointed out by the red arrows.

    I figured it out.
    I offset the vertical line .125
    I offset the arc .125
    Broke the line where the 2 lines intersected
    used that for my arc center
