    Problem with start up of Heidenhain iTNC 530

    Dear All,
    It is first time i am posting my issue on the forum.
    I have start up problem with Heidenhain iTNC 530 controller. when power is on the system hangs up on HeROS and restarts again automatically.
    Any body can help me to come out of this problem. is there any key brocken or this issue is related to software. Please help.

    Hi,

    Has your problem been resolved? If not Is it possible for you to post a photo of this? Do you get an error in a red box during the boot process?

    Also it would be helpful to understand your controller ID Nr and software versions (for reference)
