Hi all.
it's few months I'm starting to use my homemade cnc, untill now just test jobs.
Basically, I wish to use it to mill wood, plastic and PCBs.
I got some bits to make my jobs, but honestly I got them just by.....sensation, meaning: i need to make such a job, maybe this bit can do it for me....
But searching the web, I can find a lot of kind of bits; the most of them I can't figure out about their use, and maybe some of them can be more usefull to my project than the ones I'm currently using.
I.e. : performing some milling test for PCB, I'm using a vbit 0.1 mm * 10°. But the results are very poor, mostly because the bit seems to to get wore out very quickly (and I'm testing a PCB 20*30mm); as in my next future plans I should mill some PCB 100*200 mm, if the bit is so problematic that will be really a problem to me.....
Coming back to the topic, is there such...a "guide to the CNC bit", where you can find a description of the bits and their use?
Thanks
Andrea
