    3D Profile problem

Hi I'm trying to generate G code for my 3040 to make a "bit fan".
    I have G-code for a 1/16" bit, but I want to use a better 2mm cutter I already have.
The place that supplied the 1/16 bit code also supplied an STL.
Having loaded that into CamBam, I can't figure out how to get it to generate the right tool paths make the 3D shape.

All I've been able to get it do do is get it to clean out the spaces between the blades, but not shape the blades themselves.

The page with the files is here:

I'm trying to make a 1/4 inch thick version.

While the STL model is double sided, I can get away with using a one-sided version.

    Thanks

    Hey!
Tried to manufacture the fan in the 3D printer, and the outer wall was too thin to print. Changed the fan so that it has 2 - 3 times as much material. See picture.
.nc and .stl files cannot be uploaded! Change .txt to .nc and .stl respectively. If the file cannot be opened with Mach3, open it first in eg TextWrangler.
.stl file was too big to upload!

    Thanks for the help.
I've actually managed to sort it out in Fusion360.
It's a bit rough, but it works.
    Thanks again.
