Does anyone have a digital copy of the parameter descriptions for fanuc 6ta? I want to set backlash comp and g30 and need to know which parameters and what values are accepted.

Update - called fanuc America and the support guy gave me the parameter numbers over the phone! Backlash is 115 & 116, and G30 is 159 & 160. Just in case anybody else wanted to know
