Hello!
Machine: Bridgeport 600/22 Digital milling machine
Controls: Heidenhain 410PA PLC: 12D01V12 NC: 286060 15
Please help. I am trying to send programs from a computer to a machine.
The machine has an RS 232 interface. No Ethernet / Lan.
- I connect the cable to the machine and computer (RS232- USB2.0)
- I'm running TNCremo
- I set the folder, 410PA control, Protocol Send / Receive (FE), Serial port: COM5, Baud rate 9600. I have the same settings on the machine. (FE, 9600).
- status at tnc server Ready
- I enter the Edit> PGM MGT> EXIT on the machine
- I press Transfer EXIT> TNC
- I enter the name of the program to control identically as in the computer, eg: wymiar (extension .h is already in the window)
- confirm ENTER
And here is the problem. The file is not transmitted. Machine control stands. TNCserver status - Ready.
What button on the control will press the Key non-functional message.
Only when I disconnect the cable, the machine runs normally and the message Entry value incorrect is displayed.
I got under control by avoiding the port at the front of the machine. - the same situation as the above control does not help.
I've crossed two cables. - did not a
I exchanged a small plate next to the port in the machine. - did not help
This set works on another machine without the slightest problem. (Bridgeport 600/22 HH 410)
