    Okuma lb15 won’t boot SCP monitor

    Hi,

    I am interested in purchasing an lb15, however the computer won’t boot properly. The last line is SBP monitor. From what I can gather on other threads, I may need to reload the program. There doesn’t seem to be any other errors that are coming up, so is it safe to assume there’s no other serious computer problems?
