$1300 for a 5.5kw ATC spindle seems like a good deal. I wonder how good they are...

They look the same as what is from China so may be just a reseller, there is also a problem with that spindle when they do the tool change video the spindle itself is moving forward which is a problem this should not move forward when they do a tool change

The tool change capability is the only reason why anyone would consider one so if there is an issue with that then they are a waste of time. Shame.

Still, they are a good bit cheaper than what is being sold from China. It would be odd if a reseller in a different country was able to offer such a discount over local sellers. Maybe it's a sign of the times. China is on the up so they are outsourcing production to Vietnam.
