Takisawa TS-20 With Fanuc 6T version A Spindle problem..

Problem: Spindle not running at all, not running in jog, not running in MDI..
When i power up machine There is no alarm, I can return to zero with X and Z axis. In the moment i give command for spindle to turn i get Not Ready alarm on Screen without any number. I cannot reset on Fanuc reset button, it is strange but only resets when i open and close clamps.
I find clamp inputs and they change in diagnostic screen, and check gear position speed inputs is OK too. On the DC spindle board seems not have any alarm, only one green led is lighting and i think it is in ready state..
Not Ready should meaning problem or not met condition from Machine side..

For this machine i only have Ladder and parameter list. Parameter is like it should, nothing changed there.
What i think it will help me to start running again:
    1. Connection electrical diagram so i can find all inputs and see if the conditions are OK,
    2. All diagnostic inputs, outputs, Parameter meaning of TS-20 .. so i can connect with mu ladder diagram an try to understand the logic for the alarm
    3. Takisawa user manual will help too..
    4. Any suggestion what to try to fix the problem is much appreciate..
    5. Some way to start the spindle without any of the conditions will be good test ..

    Sorry for my bed English
    Thank you for any help
