Hello,
We have Charmilles Robofill 440 machine, now we got and issue that Y - axis is over travel and we can't clear this error. What we try to do is first of all to go revers in hand mode to Y +, but nothing helped it moved a little bit and stop with error. Second thing we swithched off the machine and then moved Y + axis manualy in back of machine, we checked the belt on axis motor, everything looks fine. Now we got all axis blinking red that we have to go to reference point but we can't becouse of "Over travel " problem. Any ideas?
