    UsbMach communication error

    Hi,

Just got my CNC 4030z (yoocnc) machine.
Followed all the seller isntructions (win7 pc with USB 2)
Mach3 is able to detect when I plug the USB in but as soon as I click the reset, I get a "UsbMach communication error".
    So frustrating...
Contacted the seller but he doesn't seem to know what the problem is.
Hope that someone here can guide me on at least trouble shooting it if not solving the thing.

    Thanks in advance,
    Gal

This would appear like you did not install the driver for the new USB CNC controller. Check to see if they provided a driver. Search and you might find a more current driver on the internet as well.

    Hi,

They just supplied a dll file as Mach3 plugin. Where can I find a driver for it?

    Thanks.

In that case it will use the windows usb driver. Use control panel to see if it show the controlled attached in usb section. Also some of these units require a specific release of mach3, so check your docs
