Re: fusion file to big for control

    How big is the file??

Do you not have the PCMIA card for extra memory that was an option with the 12i M control.

If not then "Drip Feed" is the best option, I always had this issue with my old Fanuc 0M and 0T machines and I just used cheap PCs to drip feed to them, there are some quite good units available these days that will hold large files on a USB stick that will drip feed to the machine, here is a link to one that is quite good from what I have heard, https://www.shopfloorautomations.com...le-usb-to-cnc/ saves having to have a PC at the machine but not as cheap as an old cheap PC or laptop although the DNC software is built in, good drip feed software that will feed multiple machines available here https://www.easydnc.com/

    Regards
    Rob
