Thumbs up RAM won't start up?

I have some problems with my Dainichi B35 lathe:
I was making some parts and suddenly it stoppet in the middle of the cut and the monitor was frozen on the same screen.
Tried to reset but nothing happened.
When i try to restart the machine i get the following:

    FS10TF 1315K
    ROM: end
    RAM:

Nothing happens after this and i get no alarm message on the screen.
Only thing i can see is a red light on the RAM.

I read that others had a problem with the "RAM parity error", could this be the same?
I would really appriciate some help with this
