Sounds like you own a shop making molds and needing molds for parts you make.

Why not advertise to hire an employee already skilled with CNC programming and running a CNC mill? You might find an extremely competent and motivated person who can make it work for you. You can still follow along and learn about it but a person trained already would be invaluable to get the new process off the ground. Maybe even for a short term hire to get everything going.

Could have them come in and make a mold from start to finish on Fusion 360 right in your shop including the Gcode and simulation of tool paths as an employment test.

If you advertise for the job and can’t find the right person you would not be obligated to hire anyone. Might be nice to see who might be available.
