I struggled with this for a long time, after lots of research I have found my optimum point, using a 1mm upcut blade for plastic, I am cutting at 24000rpm, feedrate of 1500mm/m and a depth of cut @ 1mm, and it cuts beautiful everytime leaving 0.25 for final pass. Hope this may help you aswell.
Hey G'day,
Thank you for your post. That is good to know and I will put that down in my arsenal of what and how with perspex.
Ty for taking the time, its penciled and saved.
Cheers,
Steve
