Hello,
I'm not sure which forum to post this, but would like some feedback, or please point me in the right direction.
I have an OpenBuilds CNC Mill setup with a Huanyang 2.2Kw/110v Spindle and VFD. I was attempting to machine some aluminum which had gone well up to a point where I stepped away for few minutes. In that time, the mill locked up on the aluminum block and the Spindle was unable to rotate. After shutting everything down, releasing the cutter and clearing the path of the machine, I tried restarting the spindle. It started up as it normally did but spun much faster and topped out at a much higher frequency/rpm and shut down, giving me a E.oc (Over Current) error. I have been unable to change any of the settings properly to keep it from exceeding the current capacity.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this issue? Perhaps know how to reset the VFD to prior operating settings?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
Jason
