Can someone describe how to sculpt off a predefined face in Fusion?

I have the faces of the critical dimensions in Fusion 360, but cannot integrate sculpting to shape the rest. I don't understand why I cant just designate a face to sculpt, have it change into a grid and push and pull at the faces to sculpt it (this seems like logical workflow). Is there any programs that feature something like this? Fusion has really poor integration between modelling and sculpting.

I'll attach what I have and what I need it to become.
