    Unhappy VFD control, Acorn+ E550

I'm fairly new here. I recently added a new spindle onto my PM25. Im fairly new to building, or doing anything with this small of a mill, let alone electronics.
I just run them for a living haha.
Spindle mount is made, spindle works fine and vfd works fine as far as controlling the spindle from the VFD.

I have a analog signal 0-10v from acorn going to my vfd, and fwd from output/relay.
Analog 0-10v does not seem to work by its self. Fwd is off common and x1 does start the vfd, then prompts spindle fault on my controller. : (
Vfd fan turns on and then back off. No error on vfd.
    Idk what's going on and I'm still.learning this controller/vfd.
I may have a setting on the VFD that is incorrect.
Spindle works fine when ran directly from vfd, so iunno.

    Any ideas ??

...looks like F0.00 is set to 3 default.... should be changed to 1 for External analog freg control...see page 20. See if that works. Check F0.02 also for what setting it is..

What Acorn input did you define for "SpindleOk"?

What VFD terminal did you connect to that input?

What value do you have in F1.13 or F1.14, as applicable?

I have the spindle ok feature disabled on inputs.
    Is it required?

...on page 14... do you have the Jumper set correctly for 0-10v ?

Interesting. I didn't think it was possible for the CNC12 control software to report a spindle fault, without a "SpindleOk" input defined.

If you continue to have difficulty, post on the Centroid community support forum.

Be sure to include a Report from your control so that those who are inclined to help you can look at your configuration, PLC program, and message logs. Also include a picture or diagram showing all of your control wire connections between the Acorn and the VFD.

I'll remove it completely to just see what it does.
