Question Milling Polycarbonate 14mm discs or plugs?

    Hi All -

I'm new here and need some help on the feasibility of milling some polycarbonate plugs. My current method of production is turning down 5/8" Polycarbonate rod on a lathe and then parting. These plugs are backed by a carbon fiber plate (2mm) and it's time consuming to part, glue backing, clean up, then part again.

I've attached a picture of the final product for reference.

I'd like to be able to CNC mill a sheet of the carbon plate backed Polycarbonate but I'm not sure if this is even doable.

    Specs:

Each Plug final dimensions should be 14mm in diameter and approx 11mm in thickness.

    Any input is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Phil
