CNC Router for routing Carbon fibre

    Hello!
I'm currently in the process of designing a CNC Router for routing carbon fibre. I need help in selecting a spindle for the same.
I have thought of going with Bosch GKF125CEN Palm Router - 1.25 HP. I wanted to check if anyone has used this spindle for machining carbon fibre and also is the torque and power of this spindle sufficient to machine carbon fibre?
Would love to get a reply for this ASAP!

Thank you for your time in advance!

    Regards
    Soundharya

AFAIK that is the bosch colt router. they are hit or miss on bearing quality, this can cause excessive spindle play.

Do make an effort to provide very good extraction when machining carbon. If it gets into the important parts of the machine there will be cackling and sparking and maybe much worse. It is even more important if the carbon has been autoclave cured as the fibre fraction is higher.
