Uneven cutting across the laser bed

Our new 100w laser cuts very well at the left end of the work, but does not cut through on the right. We raised the bed on the right end and it helps but not enough. The material is 3/16 inch basswood - it cuts through on the left and about half way on the right. Mirror problem of bed problem?

It’s hard to say for sure but 100w should have no issues with 5mm solid wood. I’d align the machine and level the bed. Make sure the beam isn’t hitting the inside of a nose cone.

On my unit my gantry was loose on the right hand side and I needed to adjust it so it was even all the way across

If you leveled the worktable correctly, it should be a problem of aligning the mirrors.
If your machine does not cut in the whole right part (front and back) you should check the alignment between mirrors 2 and 3 (the one on the bridge and the one in the head), using the regulators of the second mirror and verifying that the lightning is striking in the middle of the third mirror on the right and on the left of the work table. Then you should use the regulators of the third mirror to regulate that the beam comes out correctly through the middle of the head.
I also recommend checking the lens cleaning.

    Good luck!
