Okuma P200L Tool Life Management Problems

Please Help!!! Pulling my hair out.

I've worked with and programmed Okumas for years, but never dealt with TLM for them. And I can't get it to work the way I'd think it would.
I've got it working just fine as a counter. But having Group Tools isn't working.
It just alarms out, instead of automatically switching to other tool in Group.

I've switched Tool Life to "manage" in parameters.
I've assigned the tools in "Group Table" page. ex. G-NO 1 has 1 and 2 under Entry Tool No.
Tool Life page has # of parts set.
Program has TG=1 OG=1 for tool call out.
    TLID towards end of Program.

Counts Perfectly, but once Tool #1 reaches it's Life, it just Alarms saying No Spare Tools in Group.

I've searched all through the Forum and FAQs, but no luck.
Please, any help would be appreciated.

I think you may have your TLM parameters set for changing by something other than count such as gauging or overload. Check them again.
Experience is what you get just after you needed it.

Not sure if you gave up on this yet, but...

In tool life management, i never use the screen you're describing. I use the main TLM screen you come to.

Item down to TLM (NO OF WORK)
Set the values here as follows under:
    TNO. |GRP |SET |ACTUAL |OG1 |OG2 |OG3
    1 1 5 0 1
    2 1 5 0 2
    3 0
    4 0
    5
    6
    7
    8
    9
    10
    12
    13
    14
    15
    16

Pretty much everything other than 1/2 can be left 0 for this test, i just didn't feel like typing them all.
    After you set those values:
Press the black arrow next to F8 (Display change)
    Press INIT
Press OK (ALL TOOL or some nomenclature similar to that will be lit)

Write a sample program to test similar to this:

    G50S100
    G0X30Z30
    TG=1 OG=1
    G4F10
    TLID
    M2

Run this program and see if after 5 cycles it indexes to T2 instead of T1.
