    Help US converters WiFi Adapter WF5000B DNC

    Is anybody using these to DNC? we are able to send programs to the controller just fine but are unable to DNC the company tells me they can do it but the online support is terrible and there is no phone number to call direct. If anyone has figured this out please help. Thank you in advance
